Producer/Editor/Host
- Retired US Navy veteran who, 13 years ago, at the age of 45, decided school was a good idea again, and graduated with honors from the Art Institute of Nashville with a Bachelor’s degree in Audio Engineering.
- Now, I'm the producer of the podcast “What The F***," where I get to combine my love for audio production with a knack for pushing boundaries.
- Also an audiobook narrator and technical support wizard—because, apparently, I can't get enough of listening to myself talk.
- Proud Gen Xer and avid vinyl record collector. Yes, I like my music with a side of nostalgia and crackle.
- My military background taught me discipline, teamwork, and how to keep a straight face while my sense of humor does the heavy lifting.
- Join me on this audio adventure, where we aim to entertain, inform, and maybe even surprise you—because who hasn’t ever said “What The F***”?
Co Host/Mom
Hey there! I'm one of your hosts Sammie, and I'm basically what happens when you combine a curious mind with too much coffee and a house full of opinionated cats.
As a single mom to one amazing daughter and three cats who clearly think they're co-hosts (you'll probably hear them chiming in during episodes), I've mastered the art of juggling life while trying to share all the fascinating stuff I discover along the way.
I'm a Northern Virginia native who spent childhood summers at the Jersey Shore – which explains both my love of good pizza and my ability to find humor in chaos. These days I call Jacksonville, NC home, where I spend my time diving down research rabbit holes, crafting until my dining table disappears under supplies, and cooking elaborate meals when I have the energy (or ordering takeout when I don't – no judgment here).
I'm basically a professional knowledge sponge who loves reading everything I can get my hands on, then turning around and sharing the coolest bits with anyone who'll listen. Whether we're exploring weird historical facts, breaking down complex topics, or just having a laugh about the absurdity of daily life, I'm here to learn something new with you.
I'm a millennial who somehow ended up podcasting with two Gen X dudes, which makes for some pretty entertaining generational commentary – especially when we're trying to explain internet culture or debating whether something from the 90s was actually cool or just nostalgic.
Fair warning: Between my two human co-hosts and my three feline co-hosts, there's never a dull moment. The cats have strong opinions and zero respect for recording schedules, so don't be surprised if you hear some unexpected commentary from all species involved. They're all part of the charm – or at least that's what I tell myself!
Co Host/Motorcycle Enthusiast
Meet the Don, your quintessential Gen X rebel from the swamps of Baton Rouge, Louisiana! This guy's got a 21-year resume in the U.S. Navy that could fill a book (or at least a very exciting pamphlet). He’s seen it all, from flying jets to special operations—dedication? You bet. Funny, occasionally. Discipline? Absolutely……not.
While busy saving the world, Don also squeezed in a degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University because why not add some aerospace nerdiness to the mix? Then he sauntered over to Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business just to make sure he could run a business as well as crack a few jokes.
When he’s not moonlighting as a WTF’er, Don channels his inner rock star with his guitar. After hanging up his corporate cape as a senior executive, he’s now bringing the thunder at the world’s largest Harley-Davidson dealership, where he’s basically the motorcycle whisperer in sales.
This multifaceted dude also has a podcast with his two favorite fellow veterans where he spills his wisdom and life tales to anyone willing to listen, and he’s the head honcho for the Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association, FL20-2 in St. Augustine, Florida. The Don's got a knack for inspiring folks and keeping it real, without taking himself too seriously!
